These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties, in the context of the sale of any product presented on the site www..tarot-de-marseille-heritage.com, as well as the different stages of the order.

The products:
The products presented on our site are available until our stock is exhausted, consequently we cannot guarantee in any case the maintenance in our catalog, of a product after exhaustion.
When placing your order, check the product availability information. However, a product may no longer be available, after validation of your order. In this case, artisanale-des-iles will inform you as soon as possible by email, and offer you the choice of an item of equivalent quality and price or a refund for the unavailable item.
In the event of a debit or collection for an unavailable product, artisanale-des-iles undertakes to reimburse the customer for the amount of the product within 15 days for payment by credit card. In the case of payment by check, the refund will be made by transfer within 15 days following receipt of a RIB.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy, however, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the liability of artisanale-des-iles cannot be incurred. r
The names and brands of products and manufacturers are used for identification purposes only. The photographs illustrating the products in support of the text do not enter into the contractual field.
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT, .tarot-de-marseille-heritage.com reserves the right to modify them in the event of an increase in the VAT rate, or in the event of an error. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the price announced when you order.

The steps of my order:

Your basket appears with the item, its options, its price. An alert appears, if the item is not in stock. Click on:
Continue shopping, to continue your shopping.
Delete, to remove an item from your basket.
Order, to start your order process.
1. You have:
Already opened an account, fill in your email address, your password.
Your account to open, fill in the My account form, click on validate.
2. You can continue, your order process:
Fill in the Delivery information form, or you can choose a delivery address different from the billing address.
Choose the shipping method.
Click on continue.
3. Fill in the Payment information form:
Confirm your billing address.
Choose your payment method:
Payment by credit card, with the guarantee of maximum security. Payment by bank or postal check.
Click continue.
4. You will see all the data of your order appear, after checking click confirm, your order is validated.
In all cases, whatever the chosen payment method, artisanale-des-iles will acknowledge receipt of the order upon its validation by email or by any other means at its convenience, in accordance with the provisions of article L121-19 of the consumer code.
Payments by credit card will be processed as a priority.
The final validation of the order occurs after the validation of the payment.
